NexArt PLAYER respects intellectual property. This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement and how we respond, following the spirit of the DMCA and applicable international copyright standards.

1. NexArt PLAYER does not host content

NexArt PLAYER is a media player. We do not provide, store, or distribute channels, movies, or series. All content is streamed from third-party playlists (Xtream/M3U) that the user adds themselves. Complaints about specific content should generally be directed to the playlist provider that distributes it.

2. How to submit a notice

If you are a rights holder (or their representative) and believe that something accessible through our service infringes your rights, send a notice to suporte@nexart.app including:

identification of the protected work and the right allegedly infringed;
the exact location of the material (URL, provider, playlist, or account identifier) that allows it to be found;
your contact details (name, email, and, if a representative, who you represent);
a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

3. What we do when we receive a notice

We review each valid notice and, where appropriate and within our control, disable access to the identified material and/or take action on the account involved. We cooperate with authorities and comply with applicable court orders.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe the material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email, identifying the material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will review the request.
