    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: 30 August 2026

This is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version prevails.

NexArt PLAYER is a player application. It does not host, distribute or sell channels, movies or series. Everything on screen comes from the server of the playlist you add.

    • Reaches us: the device identifier, the date of last access, a 6-digit Key and the playlists you add.
    • Stays on your TV: the catalogue downloaded from your provider, favourites, recent channels and your preferences.
    • Never reaches us: your card details. Payment is processed directly by the payment provider.

    1. What the app collects

For the app to work, our servers receive and keep:

    • Your device identifier (MAC address or equivalent ID). It is what links the app to your playlists — there is no login with name and password.
    • The date and time of the device’s last access.
    • A 6-digit Key generated for your device, used together with the MAC when you need to activate or add a playlist through our website.
    • The data of the playlists you add: the playlist’s name and address (URL).

Note: the address supplied by your provider usually contains the username and password for their service. We store that address so we can hand it back to your device when you reinstall the app or switch TVs.

The app does not ask for or store your name, e-mail, phone, address, ID documents or payment data. It does not collect your location. Purchases are covered in section 3.

    2. What stays on your device only

These data never leave your TV and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data:

    • The channel, movie and series catalogue downloaded from your provider.
    • Your favourites, recent channels and last watched channel.
    • Your preferences: language, channel order, subtitle and video settings.

    3. When you buy an activation

An activation can be bought in two ways, and what happens to your data differs in each.

Directly with us, on the website. You enter the device’s MAC and Key and pay through the methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed entirely by the chosen provider: your card details go straight to them and never pass through us — we do not see or store them. On our side remains only the record that the activation was paid, with date, amount, payment method and transaction identifier. If you provide an e-mail, it is used to send the receipt and for support.

Through a reseller. The partner bills you with their own payment methods. From the partner we receive only the MAC and Key of the device to be activated. Your payment data stays with them, under their policy.

    4. What we do not do

    • We do not show ads.
    • We do not use tracking, behavioural analytics or audience profiling. The app sends no usage statistics.
    • We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties.
    • We do not record or monitor what you watch. Favourites and recents exist only inside your device, for your own convenience.

    5. Who data is shared with

With the cloud-infrastructure providers we hire to keep the service running — hosting, database and network protection. They process the data on our behalf, for that purpose only.

And, on direct purchases, with the payment processor you choose, to the extent needed to complete the charge and handle chargebacks and disputes. With no one else.

Separately, the app talks directly to the server of your playlist to download content. That communication goes from your device to your provider, and data handling on that path follows their policy.

    6. How long we keep data

We keep device data while the device is registered. If you request deletion, we erase the device record and the playlists tied to it.

Purchase records are the exception: they are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires, even after you stop using the app. That is a legal obligation, not our choice.

    7. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) you may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, deletion, and information about who it was shared with.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidade@nexart.app stating the MAC and Key of your device, shown in the app.

    8. Security

Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted. Your playlist address is stored encrypted on your device. Still, no system is fully immune: if we identify an incident that may affect you, we will let you know.

    9. Children

The app is not aimed at children under 12 and does not knowingly collect data from them. Control over the content shown belongs to the holder of the registered playlist.

    10. Responsibility for content

By adding a playlist you declare you have the right to use it. We do not verify, index or control the content of the third-party servers you add.

If you believe a playlist infringes rights, contact its provider — we cannot remove content we do not host.

    11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and the app will ask for your acceptance again.

By using NexArt PLAYER you declare that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use. The same text is shown in the app on first launch.
