- Open NexArt PLAYER on your TV
- Go to Playlists, in the side menu
- The Device key and the MAC address are at the bottom of that screen
Why both fields
The key alone is short and the MAC alone is predictable. We ask for both because whoever signs in here changes the device’s playlist — and the playlist carries your provider access.
